I ordered them from Vital Check, using the Passport as the reason. The form I received did "NOT" have any hand written signature/autograph, but does list the State ID #. I just read on one of the TG channels that may have changed to having to indicate the reason to Apostille/Authentication. Can someone help ensure I have the correct BC for sending the AoR, Please and Thank you? Show more 2 years ago
