The Constitution For The United States of America is a contract or compact.

It constituted by the People of America for the benefit of the people. 

Who are the parties to the Constitution?

We the People of the United States of America are the creators, we ordained the federal and state governments.  An Assembly of We the People wrote the parchment for the United States of America.  The Assembly of We the People offered the document to the people of the several states for ratification. Upon the ratification of two or more states, the compact became active.

That which was created by our Constitution was the Union of the several states, several meaning severed or separate form one another, joined by the compact as a Union of the several states.  The three branches of the Union are the legislative, executive and judicial.  Each of the three branches was and is to have limited powers laid out under the articles of the Constitution and no more.

“We The People “ of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America”.

Notice the first three words?  Notice how big they are on the original parchment?  Do you think that was on purpose or by mistake?

We the People have dominion over Government.   We the People have the Right, Duty to alter or abolish Government.   The Declaration of Independence And our Constitutions are very clear about this fact.  

There is a nonviolent process for We the People to alter Government.
